that is an article explaining that China increased its military spending way more than there $150 billion spending budget and the united states wants to keep an eye on them. the united states is feeling a little bit scared but not much because they know we are so much more advanced but theres always a slim change that china can do something to us. they are getting better weapons and nuclear weapons. i personally don't think the united states should be scared at all because i don't think china is out to get us at this period in time right now but if she do build up their army and such then we might need to get a little scared.
